Specific Games Rules for the Arcade Hi-Lo Game ("Arcade Hi-Lo Conditions")

1. Arcade Hi-Lo is played subject to these Arcade Hi-Lo Conditions as well as the Terms of the Site and (where relevant) General Rules. The Terms of the Site and Ladbrokes’ General Rules will apply to any situations not covered by these Arcade Hi-Lo Conditions but, in the event of any inconsistency, these rules will prevail. By playing the Arcade Hi-Lo Game you agree to be bound by these Arcade Hi-Lo Conditions, the Terms of the Site and the General Rules (where relevant).

2. Arcade Hi-Lo is the name given by Ladbrokes to betting at fixed odds on the results of a sequence of random number draws. You nominate that the next number drawn will be higher or lower than the current numbered cup.

3. Following an initial draw by Ladbrokes, we accept various bets from you on whether subsequent number to be drawn will be higher or lower in number than the previous number drawn. It is possible to draw the same number twice in a row.

4. After each draw, you can ‘Burn’ the number drawn. This will exchange it for another number drawn at random and as such may be the same number as the number 'burnt'. This may be used to exchange the first number only, and the ‘Burn’ feature will disappear when the second number is drawn. Thereafter, each winning bet earns you a new chance to 'Burn'.

5. The maximum payout (meaning the aggregate winnings including returned stakes) for Arcade Hi-Lo for any one 24-hour period to any individual customer (including any other person accessing the Arcade Hi-Lo Game using your user identification) or to any group of customers acting together is £100,000.

6. The draws take place 'on demand'. Therefore, notwithstanding anything in the Terms of the Site or General Rules, you will not receive a confirmation message in order for your bet to be valid.

7. After each draw, any winnings accrued will be credited to your Ladbrokes.com account at the end of the game.

8. Arcade Hi-Lo Bets cannot be combined with any other betting event, nor may 2 or more draws be combined in accumulative bets.

9. Payouts quoted and bets offered may be altered from time to time.
