Specific Games Rules for the HotShots Game ("HotShots Conditions")

1. HotShots is played subject to these HotShots Conditions as well as the Terms of the Site and (where relevant) General Rules. The Terms of the Site and Ladbrokes' General Rules will apply to any situations not covered by these HotShots Conditions but, in the event of any inconsistency, these rules will prevail. By playing the HotShots Game you agree to be bound by these HotShots Conditions, the Terms of the Site and the General Rules (where relevant).

2. HotShots is the name given by Ladbrokes to betting at fixed odds on the results of a sequence of random number draws. There are 48 numbered balls in total. 16 of the balls are red, 16 are blue and 16 are yellow.

3. The maximum payout (meaning the aggregate winnings including returned stakes) for HotShots for any one 24-hour period to any individual customer (including any other person accessing the HotShots Game using your user identification) or to any group of customers acting together is £100,000.

4. Following an initial draw by Ladbrokes, we accept various bets from you on whether subsequent ball(s) to be drawn will be higher or lower in number than the previous ball drawn and on whether subsequent ball(s) to be drawn will be Red, Blue or Yellow. We also accept 'combination' bets on both the colour of the next ball to be drawn and whether the number of that ball will be higher or lower than the previous ball. It is not possible to draw the same number twice in a row.

5. The draws take place 'on demand'. Therefore, notwithstanding anything in the Terms of the Site or General Rules, you will not receive a confirmation message in order for your bet to be valid.

6. HotShots is an accumulator game. Unless specified otherwise (see paragraph 7 below), all winnings will be added to stakes and the accumulated amount will be bet on the subsequent draw. If you lose a bet, all winnings and stakes not 'banked' at that time will be lost.

7. After any draw, you can choose to collect all winnings. Alternatively, you can choose to collect 50% of any winnings (if your winnings are not exactly divisible by two, the amount banked will be rounded down. For example, if you have accumulated £2.67, £1.33 will be banked and £1.34 will remain as your game stake for continued play). Any such 'banked' winnings will be credited to your Ladbrokes.com account at the end of the game.

8. At the start of each game, you can 'Burn' the first ball drawn, which exchanges it for another ball. This may be used to exchange the first ball only, and the 'burn' feature will disappear when the second ball is drawn. Thereafter, each winning bet earns you one ball exchange token. Four consecutive winning bets are required for an opportunity to 'Burn' another ball, which exchanges it for another drawn at random (so this may be the same numbered ball as you want to replace). This exchange token can be used at any time in the course of your game to replace any ball drawn. However, any tokens earned are lost following a losing bet.

9. HotShots Bets cannot be combined with any other betting event, nor may 2 or more draws be combined in accumulative bets.

10. Payouts quoted and bets offered may be altered from time to time.
