Specific Games Rules for the Generator Game ("Generator Conditions")

1. Generator is played subject to these Generator Conditions as well as the Terms of the Site and (where relevant) General Rules . The Terms of the Site and Ladbrokes' General Rules will apply to any situations not covered by these Generator Conditions but, in the event of any inconsistency, these Generator Conditions will prevail. By playing the Generator Game you agree to be bound by these Generator Conditions, the Terms of the Site and the (where relevant).

2. Generator is the name given by Ladbrokes to betting at fixed odds on the outcome of any of the 16 virtual reels with numbers 1 to 36. Once you have set your stake, you must nominate that the next spin will be higher or lower than the current number on at least one of the 16 reels. You can bet on 1 to 16 reels in one spin. Multiple bets will accumulate, and the payouts will multiply. All combined bets have to be won, for a return.

3. Each of the 16 reels is numbered 1 to 36. We accept bets on whether the next number that your chosen reel lands on is higher or lower than the previous number shown on that reel. All 16 reels spin simultaneously and you will win if all your 'Hi' and/or 'Lo' bets are placed correct.

4. It is possible for the reel to land on the same number in consecutive spins. Your bet loses if any of the reels you have chosen lands on the same number again (as it is neither higher or lower).

5. The maximum payout (meaning the aggregate winnings including returned stakes) for Generator for any one 24-hour period to any individual customer (including any other person accessing the Generator game using your user identification or to any group of customers acting together) is £100,000.

6. The draws take place 'on demand'. Therefore, notwithstanding anything in the Terms of the Site or General Rules, you will not receive a confirmation message in order for your bet to be valid.

7. Clicking the 'Best' button will automatically select the bet with the highest theoretical chance of winning. A low number with a 'Hi' bet will take priority over a 'Lo' bet on a high number with the same theoretical chance of winning. If more than one of the same number appears, one will be selected by random.

8. Generator is an accumulator game. Unless specified otherwise (see paragraph 9 below), winnings will be added to stakes and the accumulated amount will be bet on the subsequent spin of the reels. If you lose a bet, all winnings and stakes at that time will be lost.

9. After any spin of the reels you can choose to collect all your winnings. Any such 'banked' winnings be credited to your Ladbrokes.com account at the end of the game.

10. Generator bets cannot be combined with any other betting event.

11. Payouts quoted and bets offered may be altered from time to time.
