Penalty Shoot Out

Specific Games Rules for the Penalty Shoot-Out Game ("Penalty Shoot-Out Conditions")

1. Penalty Shoot-Out is played subject to these Penalty Shoot-Out Conditions as well as the Terms of the Site and (where relevant) General Rules . The Terms of the Site and Ladbrokes' General Rules will apply to any situations not covered by these Penalty Shoot-Out Conditions but, in the event of any inconsistency, these Penalty Shoot-Out Conditions will prevail. By playing the Penalty Shoot-Out Game you agree to be bound by these Penalty Shoot-Out Conditions, the Terms of the Site and the General Rules (where relevant).

2. Penalty Shoot-Out is the name given by Ladbrokes to betting at fixed odds on the outcome of a simulation of a penalty shoot-out in which five strikers are up against a goalkeeper.

3. Five strikers and a goalkeeper are automatically selected at the beginning of each game session. We accept bets on the outcome of each strike, i.e. Goal, Save or Miss. Before each strike we will offer a side bet and accept bets on which strike zone the striker will shoot. Side bets are optional, and you do not have to place a side bet to view the strike.

4. The payouts for Penalty Shoot-Out are dependent on a number of different factors:>

• The striker will be judged on fitness, whether he's left or right footed, transfer fee and form (the result of previous 100 strikes).
• The goalkeeper will be judged on fitness, transfer fee and form (the result of previous 100 strikes).
• Weather
• Home advantage

5. The maximum payout (meaning the aggregate winnings including returned stakes) for Penalty Shoot-Out for any one 24-hour period to any individual customer (including any other person accessing the Penalty Shoot-Out Game using your user identification or to any group of customers acting together) is £100,000.

6. The draws take place 'on demand'. Therefore, notwithstanding anything in the Terms of the Site or General Rules, you will not receive a confirmation message in order for your bet to be valid.

7. After each game your winnings will be credited to your Ladbrokes.com account.

8. Penalty Shoot-Out bets cannot be combined with any other betting event, nor may 2 or more draws be combined in accumulative bets.

9. Payouts quoted and bets offered may be altered from time to time.
