Your 'Contactability' status

If we can't contact you, we can't let you know about great offers and exclusive promotions, or keep you in the know about our latest improvements!

To make yourself contactable, all you need to do is:

1. Log in
2. Click on the "my account" at the top right of the screen
3. In the window that opens, click on the "Details" tab at the top and you will see the details you have provided us with
4. Scroll down this page and make sure you have ticked the box to receive information about free bets and other promotional offers and services by email.
5. Put your password back into the box below it and click update details

You are now eligible to receive our great offers!
