The World of Football 2010 Game

World of Football 2010 is a brand new game brought to you by the makers of Football 24/7. The game simulates the Football World Cup 2010, with all 32 teams playing out their correct group matches, trying to advance to the final stages. With a World Cup playing out approximately every 20 minutes, you'll be sure to get your money's worth!

In World of Football 2010 you can bet singles or multiples on the results of individual matches, bet on the individual group winners or on the outright winner of the tournament. Plus, choose to bet using the Asian handicap or bet on +/- 2.5 goals. Select 'More Bets' and you have the chance to bet on Correct Score or First goal Scorer. We've got it all covered to give you the best World Cup experience going!

How to Play World of Football 2010

Placing bets

To bet on the result of individual matches, click on the odds displayed in the HOME, DRAW or AWAY buttons located to the right of the fixture, then choose a stake, the type of bet required (single or multiple) then click the BET NOW button located in the bottom left of the game screen in the PLACE BETS box.

To make a Multiple bet select more than one result and choose which bet type you would like from the scroll down menu. Once you have chosen your bet type, choose your stake and click on BET NOW.

To change the stake click on the numeric keys and add accordingly to the amount of stake you wish to place. Use different amounts to build the exact stake you wish to place. Use the CLEAR SELECTION button if you make a mistake and want to start again.

To bet on a team to win the World Cup click against the odds shown against your selection under 'overall winners' before the tournament starts. Also, bet on the individual winner's of each group by clicking against the odds shown against your selection under 'Group Winner's'

To view your selections, click over the bet in 'bet details' located in the 'BET RESULT' box in the bottom right hand corner of the games screen. A window will open showing the selection details.

Results are displayed on the right half of the screen after every fixture list or stage.

You can view your bet history by selecting HISTORY from the INFO menu.

The Bets

WIN
A WIN bet pays to the odds x the stake plus the original stake if the selection wins e.g. €1 @ 10/1 = 10x€1+€1 = €11

Single
A Single is a bet on one team. Your selection must be successful to have a return.

Double
A Double is one bet involving two teams in different matches. Both selections must be successful for the bet to win, with returns from the first reinvested on the second.

Treble
A Treble is one bet involving three teams in different matches. Returns from the first match are reinvested into the second and then into the third. All selections have to win for the bet to be successful.

Four-fold
A Four-fold is one bet involving four teams in different matches. All selections must be successful for the bet to win. Winning returns are reinvested on successive selections.

Five-fold
A Five-fold is one bet involving five teams in different matches. All selections must be successful for the bet to win. Winning returns are reinvested on successive selections.

Six-fold
A Six-fold is one bet involving six teams in different matches. All selections must be successful for the bet to win. Winning returns are reinvested on successive selections.

Seven-Fold
A Seven-fold is one bet involving seven teams in different matches. All selections must be successful for the bet to win. Winning returns are reinvested on successive selections.

Eight-fold
An Eight-fold is one bet involving eight teams in different matches. All selections must be successful for the bet to win. Winning returns are reinvested on successive selections.

Nine-fold
A Nine-fold is one bet involving nine teams in different matches. All selections must be successful for the bet to win. Winning returns are reinvested on successive selections.

Ten-fold
A Ten-fold is one bet involving ten teams in different matches. All selections must be successful for the bet to win. Winning returns are reinvested on successive selections.

Trixie
A Trixie consists of four bets involving three teams in different matches, three doubles and one treble. Any two winning selections guarantee a return. If any two of your selections win, one of the double bets gives a return. If all three of your selections win, all three of the doubles, and the treble give a return.

Patent
A Patent consists of seven bets involving three teams in different matches, three singles, three doubles and one treble. Any one winning selection guarantees a return. If any one of your selections wins, one of the single bets gives a return. If any two selections win, two of the single bets and one of the doubles give a return. If all three selections win, then all three singles, all three doubles and the treble give a return.

Yankee
A Yankee consists of 11 bets involving four teams in different matches, six doubles, four trebles and one four-fold. Any two winning selections guarantee a return. If any two of your selections win, one of the doubles gives a return. If any three selections win, three of the double bets and one of the trebles give a return. If all four selections win, then all six doubles, four trebles and the four-fold give a return.

Lucky 15
A Lucky 15 consists of 15 bets involving four teams in different matches, four singles, six doubles, four trebles and one four-fold. Any one winning selection guarantees a return. If any one of your selections wins, one of the single bets gives a return. If any two of your selections win, two of the single bets and one of the doubles give a return. If any three selections win, three of the singles, three of the doubles and one of the trebles give a return. If all four selections win, then all four singles, six doubles, four trebles and the four-fold give a return.

Super Yankee
A Super Yankee consists of 26 bets involving five teams in different matches, 10 doubles, 10 trebles, five four-folds and one five-fold. Any two winning selections guarantee a return.

Lucky 31
A Lucky 31 consists of 31 bets involving five teams in different matches, five singles, 10 doubles, 10 trebles and five four-folds and one five-fold. Any one winning selection guarantees a return.

Heinz
A Heinz consists of 57 bets involving 6 teams in different matches, 15 doubles, 20 trebles, 15 four-folds, six five-folds and one six-fold. Any two winning selections guarantee a return.

Lucky 63
A Lucky 63 consists of 63 bets involving six teams in different matches, six singles, 15 doubles, 20 trebles, 15 four-folds, six five-folds and one six-fold. Any one winning selection guarantees a return.

Super Heinz
A Super Heinz consists of 120 bets involving seven teams in different matches, 21 doubles, 35 trebles, 35 four-folds, 21 five-folds, seven six-folds and one seven-fold. Any two winning selections guarantee a return.

Goliath
A Goliath consists of 247 bets involving eight teams in different matches, 28 doubles, 56 trebles, 70 four-folds, 56 five-folds, 28 six-folds, eight seven-folds and one eight-fold. Any two winning selections guarantee a return.
