Game Overview

Aztecs N’ Adders is based on the classic board game Snakes and Ladders. The game is played with a variety of game boards, your counter and 1 dice.

The aim of the game is to get your counter to the top of the game board. Rolling one dice each turn, you will watch the counter make the journey up the board.

Play continues until the dice has been rolled 6 times.

Prizes are awarded at the end of the game and are dependent on the area of the board your counter has reached, with higher prizes awarded the higher the position on the board.

Watch out for the snakes – sliding down these slippery creatures can hinder your journey to the top.

If you land on a bonus square you will automatically win the associated bonus cash prize – which cannot be lost.

Playing Aztecs N’ Adders

Choose Your Board

First choose your game board by pressing the CHANGE BOARD button to the right of the initial board. There are five boards to choose from.

Choosing your Stake

Now choose your stake using the arrows to the right of the board. As you choose your stake the payouts on the board will change.

Roll the dice

You have to press the dice popper to confirm your stake and start the game and roll your first dice. The counter starts off the board, not on the Start square.

‘Auto’

By clicking the ‘Auto’ button the dice will roll by itself, once you have pressed ‘Auto’ you will not be able to stop it, it will play the game through to the end.

Roll Again

Now the game has begun you will be prompted to ‘ROLL AGAIN’ by clicking the dice popper. You are informed of how many dice you have left to roll. After each dice roll, the counter will proceed along the number of spaces along and up the board in accordance to the number on the dice. If you have selected ‘Auto’ you will not be prompted to roll again.

Winnings

As the counter moves, it will pass through a number of pay zones – the start of which is defined by the coins on the board. The winnings displayed during the game can go either up or down depending on which pay zone the counter is in. Pay zone wins are not cumulative. At the end of the game you will be paid out depending on which pay zone you are in.

Ladders

If the counter lands on the bottom of a ladder at the end of a particular dice roll movement, the counter will move up to the space at the top of the ladder.

Snakes

If the counter lands on a snake head at the end of a particular dice roll movement, the counter will slide down the snake to the space at the bottom of the snakes’ tail.

Bonus Squares

If the counter lands on a bonus square (gold mask) at the end of a particular dice roll movement the player will win that cash amount regardless of where the counter is at the end of a game. Once a mask has been landed on an animation will be displayed and a mask added under the winnings on the right hand side. A particular bonus square can be landed on and won multiple times during a single game. These wins will be shown on your winnings to the right of the screen.
